Who we are

The enquiry form

If you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your full name, address, postcode, phone number, email address and your enquiry notes. The form sends these to us as an email. The website does not keep its own copy in a database.

We use these details to reply to you, to plan and quote the support you ask about, and to provide that support. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for marketing. Because the form works by email, your message passes through our email systems. If you would rather not use the form, you can email or phone us instead.

Website statistics

We count visits to this site, for statistics only, using our own counting tool. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. For each page view it records the page, the site you came from, any campaign label in the link you used, your country (approximate) and whether the visitor looks like a person or a robot. To count unique visitors it uses an identifier. We do not share this data with anyone except our hosting provider, which stores it on our behalf. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If you click 'Don't count my visits' in the footer, we remember your choice in this browser with one small local-storage flag called na_ignore; our counter stores nothing else in your browser. You can object at any time using the link in the footer, or contact us at info@digitaltaxsandwich.co.uk. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our site.

Cookies and fonts

This site sets no cookies. Fonts are served from this site itself, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font provider when it loads our pages.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it, by emailing info@digitaltaxsandwich.co.uk.
